The first, Domaine Francois Raveneau, really needs no introduction, having long been regarded Chablis’ premier producer. The second, Maison Patrick Piuze, has only been established since the 2008 vintage, but is already garnering rave reviews, and in hushed tones, is being spoken of as possibly the next Francois Raveneau.
