All wines on tasting will be available for sale in limited quantities to either take home or to the bistro next door to enjoy with a delicious meal at the Project 49 restaurant. Rocco and the team will be offering a great, 6-course sharing menu on the night for only $60 per head plus corkage ($15) so get a crew together and book yourselves a table.
