"Tasted 2009. 50% Cabernet, 50% Malbec. pH 3.42, TA 7 g/l. Dark, earthy and savoury but also a bit meaty and perfumed. Very crisp and dry and firm. Lots of pepper. Huge grip, a lovely combination of savoury and lightly perfumed.
