Somewhat surprisingly, this is aromatically quite similar to the Vide Bourse with just a bit more citrus influence. The medium weight flavors possess a finer mouthfeel with terrific intensity and minerality, both of which carry over to the impressively layered and persistent finish. This excellent effort is a combination of power and refinement and a wine that should gradually develop over the next decade. Sweet Spot, Outstanding.
