The 2015 Moulin-à-Vent is simply extraordinary, wafting from the glass with a kaleidoscopic bouquet of rose petals, raspberries, cassis, licorice, rich soil, dried flowers and subtle hints of asphalt. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, layered and satiny, with a supremely elegant profile and incredible depth and dimension. To attempt to parse its components—acid, tannin, fruit—is almost impossible, such is the wine's effortlessness and harmony.
