"The Labourons cuvée is deliberately made in quite a different style to the screwcap version. Nearly 100 years old vines, 60% whole bunch, 3 weeks cuvaison, a mix of ageing vessels. This is much more backward than the other version of Fleurie, with a liquid strawberry note, needs a little more time in bottle, more of a food Fleurie."
