"They decided not to produce the 2019 of some wines, as they lost 70% of the grapes. So, I jumped to the 2020 Paraje Mina, which represents the origin of the winery, as it comes from the vineyard from the house that Alberto Nanclares bought in 1993. The wine has changed over time; this is now very civilized, with a lot of acidity (one of the highest in 2020) but not noticeable, and it feels quite classical and is clean and harmonious and very long. There are only 600 bottles from the single 500-liter oak barrel they produced in 2020."
