“The 2021 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, which sees no new oak, has a wonderful bouquet with perfumed yellow fruit, beeswax and honeysuckle aromas. A hint of jasmine appears with time. The palate is very well balanced with pure citrus fruit. It's pretty linear at the moment though that should fill out in the second winter. There's fine tension from start to finish. The 2021 could be a killer CC.”
