"Crushed and destemmed with several hours skin contact and matured for 10 months in large-format oak. A bright green gold. Relatively restrained with white stone fruits, apricot kernel, honey and a little ginger and nutmeg spice. Rich and textured without a hint of oiliness, this finishes long. Bright acidity rounds out a wine that can be enjoyed over the next 2–3 years. One of the better Australian viogniers I've tasted."

"Fully crushed and destemmed with several hours skin contact. Mainly barrel fermented, 25% new hogsheads and 25% mlf. A bright, medium green gold. Lovely aromatics with yellow peach and nectarine fruit as well as subtle oatmeal and grilled nuts. Orange blossom and a hint of matchstick too. Textured and bright in the mouth, I like the touch of grip on the long and satisfying finish."

"Made from vines planted 1969–1974. Fully destemmed, 19 months in barrel. A light–medium ruby red. Perfumed with an earthy, old-vine complexity and spices such as clove, cinnamon and nutmeg. "Includes 3% viognier, 11% whole bunches, 10-19 days on skins, matured in French oak (25% new) for 18 months, not fined, 319 dozen and 105 magnums made. Bright, clear crimson-purple, doubtless assisted by the co-fermentation of 3% viognier. Over 30 years ago, Yeringberg pulled out its original shiraz because no-one wanted to buy it; Vine Pull without any subsidy, but regretted it as much here as in SA. Purity, intensity and length are the keywords for this lovely medium-bodied cool climate shiraz."

"A blend of 61/10/10/10/9% cabernet sauvignon/cabernet franc//merlot/petit verdot/malbec from vines planted at this historic winery from 1969-2000. Matured 19 months in French barrique (39% new). A medium and bright ruby red. Even in a cooler year, this always great wine delivers the goods. Aromas of subtle cranberry, blackberries and brambly blackberry leaf, together with a little clove and fresh vanilla bean from the well-handled oak. Medium bodied and beautifully poised, this has fine, elegant tannins contributing to a wine that, as delicious as it is now, boasts a track record that means you can cellar it for as long as you have the patience to do so. An under-priced icon wine."
