MW Wines specialises in back vintage Australian wine, plus a selection of high-end international wines featuring the icons of Bordeaux and Burgundy. Our back vintage depth enables our trade customers to build wine lists with a point of difference, creating opportunities to provide customers with a superior wine experience whilst generating additional margin.
MW Wines is not a wine “trader”, we maintain substantial inventory in our climate controlled Melbourne warehouse and we endeavour to maintain many vintages of all of our key product lines. This means that our trade customers can rely on continued supply, except in rare instances, and not have to change their wine lists on a regular basis to account for out of stock items. Customers are welcome to inspect our facilities at any time during business hours.

MW Wines offers discounted prices to trade customers.
“Corked” wines returns policy
MW Wines offers replacement bottles or credit for “corked” wines. This enables our trade customers to order wines secure in the knowledge that they are not investing in faulty bottles. Full details of our “corked” wines return policy will be discussed with trade customers upon enquiry. Our “corked’ wines returns policy does not extend to all of our trade customers, and it is at MW Wines’ absolute discretion as to whether the policy will apply to each new trade customer.
Online, email or telephone stock information and ordering
Once accepted as a trade customer, you will be provided with a unique login to our website. This enables you to search, enquire and order in real-time, 24 hours a day. All prices, vintages and quantities are “live” online. In addition, all of our staff are available to take telephone or email orders during our business hours.
Wine list and function consultation
All of our staff have a great depth of wine knowledge and can provide advice on which wines may suit your circumstances. We can provide comprehensive wine list or function consultation services with a view to providing a unique customer experience, or enhancing wine profits.
Free Melbourne metro delivery
We provide free delivery to trade customers within the Melbourne metropolitan area for orders over $500. We typically deliver either on the following day. For customers outside the Melbourne metropolitan area, delivery charges may apply.
Credit terms
At MW Wines’ absolute discretion, we offer trade customers standard industry credit terms subject to completing a credit application form. Please contact us to discuss whether this may apply to your business.
