NV Cremant du Jura Brut Nature 'La Combe Rotalier'
750ml Bottle - $105

"A sparkling crémant made of 100% Chardonnay, from vines farmed organically and harvested by hand. After direct pressing, the wine is matured 24 months on its lees, then bottled for the secondary fermentation: the "prise de mousse" in the bottle. Afterwards, the bottles are aged in racks for more than 24 months. A Brut Nature sparkling wine, with zero dosage."
