Jessica Litaud is a fantastic young producer from the Maconnais.
After completing mentorships with two of the wine world's greats, Jean-Francois Ganevat in Jura and Jean-Marie Guffens-Heynen in Maconnais, Litaud took custodianship of 2ha of her family's vineyards in Vergisson, marking the beginning of her remarkable journey in the wine industry.
Upon inheriting vines from the family estate, Jessica Litaud didn't hesitate to make a significant change. She swiftly transitioned to organic and biodynamic farming, a clear testament to her unwavering dedication to sustainable agriculture and the pursuit of quality production.
