A subtle but not imperceptible dollop of wood surrounds the overtly floral and more citrus-inflected nose of mostly white orchard fruit. The racy, intense and beautifully well-detailed medium-bodied flavors exude a refreshing salinity on the balanced, clean, youthfully austere and attractively dry finale. Good stuff.

Very Limited
This is sufficiently reduced to require a quick aeration. By contrast, there is more volume and richness to the bigger flavors that possess both good dry extract and minerality that concludes in a bone dry and more complex finale. This is actually quite a good Auxey blanc and worth checking out. Outstanding.
