A blend of 66% shiraz, 19% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot and 5% cabernet franc matured in French hogsheads (20% new) for 18 months, the grapes picked over 2 months. It's a fragrant, elegant wine, the fruit flavours akin to piano keys, a fine web of tannins and oak completing the picture.
