With a meagre 15 hectares of land under old vines situated atop the most ideal gentle clay and limestone slopes, recently purchased from a premium grower family, Closiers is already off to a good start. After bringing in the preeminent organic viticulture exponent, Michel Chevre, formally of Roche Neuve and Nady Foucault of the renowned Clos Rougeard it's obvious that this domaine aspires to be one of the leading lights of the region.
