The Chevillon family have been growing grapes and making wines in Nuits-St.-Georges for four generations. Despite only having 13 hectares of land, they are one of the most significant holders of Premier Cru sites within the village. The wines have fantastic depth, persistent structure and incredible purity of fruit.
The 2019 Burgundy vintage has seen Chevillon produce outstanding wines of tremendous energy and fruit character, making them very approachable on release. Despite this and as per the style for which Chevillon is known, the wines produced in 2019 show incredible balance holding them in good stead for medium to long term ageing.
