A passion passed down from his father who started in the1970's,Sebastiano Cossia Costiglioni has taken the helm creating wines of distinction with a true sense of place. Switching to organic and biodynamic winemaking earlier than most in the region, the wines of Querciabella are now made highlighting the individual regions they come from. Being ahead of the trend and creating sub regional wines, they aim to showcase the differences and quality of each while still adhering to the regionality that has always defined the wines within Tuscany.
