Fabian Daviaux – a modern, pragmatic young vigneron – makes wines from 5ha of vines separate to his family's co-operative cellar. Fabian advocates minimal intervention winemaking to craft Champagnes as distinctive and charming as their labels. Generous and lifted, with an enjoyably wild, smoky quality to the fruit, these are natural, but never ‘natty’.”

Meunier has been a pretty trendy grape in recent years, classically known for being fun, delicious, nice fruit and texture, and great to drink at any time. Well this is just that. The lack of sulfur really creates an incredible example of meunier.
