Domenica sits 460m above sea level atop the granite ridge sweeping away to the southwest of Beechworth. The wines vividly reflect their origin, a gripping mineral texture encasing the mature vine vitality of the varietals chosen to express it.

"Winemaking is traditional. Taste is more important than numbers. The yeasts come from the site, not a packet. Pressings, solids, and lees all play their part in completing the picture. The wines are carefully maintained in oak barriques before being bottled unfiltered."

"Always such stylish and refined Chardonnay from this producer.

Ooh, this is nice. Saline, hazelnut, slight spice, subtle struck match, white peach, white flowers and a little mint. Fine bones, a lovely flow of cool flavour, flint through a gentle honey gloss, discreet nutty umami oak, and a long finish offering green olive and a twist of citrus. It’s tightly wound as at now, and I reckon given a year or two, the score will go even higher. Superb wine of precision and grace."
