Chacra is organic &biodynamic certified, located in the Rio Negro Valley of northern Patagonia. Since 2017,famed burgundy wine maker Jean-Marc Roulot has been making the Chardonnay for Bodega Chacra to great acclaim.
Fruit is hand harvested, fermented in concrete, transferred by gravity, created without fining or filtration to produce wines of transparency.

Beautiful brioche notes give a fine creaminess with mineral, fine reduction, beeswax and a hint of white sesame to the lemon curd.
