The Produttori del Barbaresco is a cooperative of wine producers established in 1958. Currently, it comprises over 54 families of growers who collectively control more than 100 hectares of land. The cooperative specializes in the production of premium Nebbiolo wines in Barbaresco. Each family has complete control over its land and uses their centuries-old knowledge and dedication to cultivate Nebbiolo grapes of the highest quality.
Barbaresco is experiencing a remarkable spell, with three fantastic vintages from 2019 through 2021. While the 2021s have yet to be released, the 2019s and 2020s have both lived up to expectations of greatness, albeit in slightly different ways. The 2019s offer a more classical and austere drinking experience, while the 2020s are pure hedonistic joy. They are open and show a beautiful purity of fruit yet possess such delicate balance that they hold great potential for a future in the cellar.

As always, the wine paints an exciting and authentic portrait of Nebbiolo, albeit with a little more richness and texture in this vintage. This is especially true in terms of the palate, where the wine offers mid-weight intensity with melting tannins."
