Trediberri is a relatively new Barolo producer founded by Nicola Oberto, his father Federico, and Vladimiro Rambaldi (Tre-di-Berri, Three of Berri). Together, they are at the helm of a small artisanal winery located in the MGA of Berri. Federico gained experience working at Renato Ratti from the age of 19 until his retirement in 2005 before being convinced by his son to continue making wine from a family plot in Rocche dell'Annunziata.
While La Morra has been a hub for modernist Barolo producers since the 1980s, Trediberri sticks to traditional methods, fermenting their wines in concrete and aging them in large Slavonian oak barrels for 20 months. The resulting wines are complex yet approachable, pure and highly drinkable.

Cool, collected and polished, the palate reveals fine, gravelly tannins that become more pronounced on the finish.
