In 1997, leading architect John Denton and his son Simon established a spectacular vineyard in the Yarra Valley, specialising in Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, and Cabernet. Recently, the Bishop family has taken over stewardship of the vineyard, and judging by the latest release shared below, it is clear that this incredible site is in good hands.
