All of Adrian Rodda's single vineyard Chardonnays are made identically hence site comes to the fore, Baxendale has the highest elevation at 600m. Yet it is flavoursome with stone fruit, apple, daikon, bitter melon and a smoky, creamy lees character. Lightly framed and savoury and refreshing.
