"Seems quite evolved on the nose (but then I have just been tasting an English 2014 and 2013...). Savoury and ambitious. This tastes if anything more youthful than those English wines. Lots of precision and intellectual stimulation. Still introvert and embryonic. Pungent and tight but everything is tightly packed in for future development. Even though the dosage is so low, this is far from austere or excessively acid. But I'd cellar it awhile before drinking."
