"“I like hedonism in wines, but I want restraint too. In essence, I like flavour in wine”. The words of Michael Dhillon. This is a lot of wine for the bucks.
Such brightness and energy. Touches of green mango, the dashes of crisp nectarine and peach, a faint floral element, some halva sweet nuttiness and exotic lime and gingery spice in the mix. A little pleasing pudge to the wine despite the briny veins of mineral charm. A little palate sticking slipperiness through the finish delivering L over M in the size stakes. And all of it so beautifully balanced. Immensely charming."
