"The village red 2022 Valtuille Vino de Villa has more dark fruit and more of a sensation of ripeness but also more depth. He's focusing on sandy parts, and this year the grapes fermented with 15% full clusters. The wine aged in 500-liter barrels. It's juicy, round, harmonious and fruit-driven, with moderate ripeness and 13.2% alcohol. All of the wines from 2022 show elegance and freshness beyond the climatic conditions of the very warm and dry year. This has precision and purity."
