"Blackcurrant and blackberry, dried herb, mineral and earth with quality unobtrusive oak bedded in. It’s medium to full bodied with excellent depth of fruit, a strong savoury earthy aspect and particularly good ripe tannin and freshness. The pitch of it seems just right. Classic St Estephe. A serious wine, but very good. Needs time. Drink 2016 - 2026+."
