The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésime 2018 by Diebolt-Vallois is made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced exclusively from vineyards located around Chouilly (Grand Cru) and Cuis (Premier Cru), in the heart of the renowned Côte des Blancs. The tirage took place in 2019, followed by a long aging period of over 4 years on the lees, before the final dosage of only 3 g/l, classifying it as Extra Brut.
