The Prestige Champagne by Diebolt-Vallois is a high-level Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnayexclusively sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, specifically from the prestigious villages of Cramant, Chouilly, and Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger. The wines undergo fermentation in stainless steel before being left to rest in barrels until the selection of the three vintages that will form this well-balanced blend. This is followed by aging on the lees for at least 36 months, which enhances its depth and complexity. The final dosage of only 4 g/l, classifying it as Extra Brut, enhances the purity and expressive richness of this Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
