Strong wood and menthol surrounds the very ripe liqueur-like scented nose of various dark berries, earth and attractive spice hints. Interestingly the medium weight flavors aren't quite as dense as those of the Feusselottes but they are more powerful while delivering excellent length on the very firm and relatively robust built-to-age finish where a hint of bitter cherry emerges.
