A pretty and beautifully layered nose combines notes of cool red and dark currant, spice and a whiff of earth. The delicious, intense and overtly mineral-driven middle weight flavors possess first-rate depth on the balanced and sneaky long finish. This is perhaps a bit less refined than it usually is but the intrinsic quality is here. Outstanding
