"The Dolcetto grapes we produce come from our own vineyards, where we find soils typical of the Elveziano area (of more ancient formation, calcareous-clayey with a shaded colour towards very light grey and pink. Alternating we also find siliceous sandstones, carbonate of calcium and iron). The colour is intense ruby ??red with purple reflections. The persistent floral and fruity aromas of violets and small red fruits give it a pleasant immediacy. The contained tannins and the calibrated and elegant structure make it "the everyday wine" par excellence, satisfying without being too demanding."
