Is sourced from various clones (Mendoza, B95, B548, UCD6) harvested from the Cornish Point and The Elms vineyards between March 30th and April 4th. Bunches were in perfect health. Bright and intense fruit flavours with excellent acidity have resulted in the ‘definitive’ Bannockburn Chardonnay: detailed, precise, long and very satisfying.
