The 2017er Winninger Uhlen B GG comes from the Blaufüsser sector of the vineyard which is characterized by blue slate elements. It delivers a superbly complex and minty nose of herbs, yellow peach, anise, violet and cinnamon. The wine is very subtle on the palate as gorgeously creamy fruits are wrapped into good density as well as zesty fruits. The finish reveals more power, brighter fruits and spices. This is quite an impressive dry Riesling.
