Jane’s traditional cuvée made from 90 year old vines, 60% whole bunch then two to three weeks on skins, raised in 500 litre barrels and bottled in July. Pale pretty purple, this is sensual and startling, really fine, very Fleurie, with just the right touch of acidity. Intense but not dramatically weighty. Comes in at 13%.
