"Made only in certain years where casks usually destined for GG bottlings do not fully ferment dry. The result is a thrilling 'Feinherb' style wine that is an amalgamation of top sites. This year, the wine was made from Absterde and Morestein (two of the best sites for Keller) and falls just slightly into the off-dry territory at 12 G/Litre of residual sugar. This is a rare treat, and one for the cellar.
