"The 2023 A Graña comes from a vineyard in the parish of Adina, and it has a different personality, not only because of its lower alcohol level (11.7%), contained ripeness and higher acidity but because it fermented and matured in a chestnut barrel (and 200 liters in stainless steel), kept with lees for nine months. The nose has a different profile, spicy and with notes of ... chestnut flowers?, with a slightly wild/rustic edge that I love. The palate is bright and vibrant, with effervescent acidity that makes you salivate. This is a collaboration with Jos-e Manuel Domínguez and Adrián Guerra with grapes from the Xesteiriña vineyard."
