Tasted at the winery yesterday, and not as yet released. Another year for it to land in Australia. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Fresh, bright, red fruits, perfume, mint and almond. Medium-bodied, ripe open grained tannin, succulent, expressive red fruits, some dried herb and new leather. Long and sweet fruited to close. Tannin is a highlight. A wine that’s precise, fine and inwardly lit, such is its brightness. Very bloody good. A classic PdB.
