"This too possesses fine Chablis typicity with its array of sea breeze and iodine along with the hallmark citrus scents of a classic Séchet. There is a wonderful sense of underlying tension to the mineral-driven middle weight flavors that exhibit slightly better depth and length on the well-balanced, crisp and chiseled finale. This is dry to the point of engendering a touch of youthful austerity and thus a wine that will need at least a few years of patience."
