Join Jeremie Roumegoux for an intimate, guided journey through Bordeaux, culminating in a tasting of wines from Château Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion, the storied Clarence Dillon estates he represents. Jeremie's approach favours depth over breadth: fewer wines, closer attention, and the kind of context that only comes from years spent among the region's terroirs, vintages and cellars.
Expect a small, seated group — eight wines poured across four brackets, tracing Bordeaux's classic terroirs and vintages before arriving at Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion to close, with Jeremie speaking to the vineyards, the vintages and the decisions behind each glass as we go.
