Liam McElhinney, maybe you've heard of him, maybe you haven't, but you've almost certainly tasted the wines he painstakingly crafts. As Fogarty Wine Group's man on the ground in Tasmania, he's the winemaker behind the excellent wines of Lowestoft, Ossa and Strelley Farm, to name just a few.
A certified cool-climate specialist, the Kiwi-born winemaker has been racking up trophies all over the country, including the James Halliday Trophy for Best Pinot Noir three years running and a Jimmy Watson Trophy, and we couldn't be happier to get him in the room to taste through a range of his creations.
