“Small reduction under which sits an intense minerality, almost like freshly cut stone or rocks. With air it opens up displaying restrained notes of lemon verbena, crunchy nectarine, beeswax, sliced apple, some citrus and a hint of honey. On the palate it is straight and linear with plenty of drive. The texture softens as it warms, but overall remains relatively taught and tense. Mouthwatering acidity and some of the strongest mineral sensations I've ever come across. I recommend a decant, and of course this will age very well."
