The 2015 Chénas unfurls in the glass with a lovely bouquet of crushed cassis, raspberries, potpourri and plums, mingling with subtle hints of the soil tones to come with bottle age. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, ample and vibrant, with incredible depth and concentration, all the while retaining the remarkably crunchy vivacity of its fruit tones. It's beautifully balanced at pH 3.3.
