From 30-year-old, low-yielding vines (30 hectoliters per hectare), the 2021 Pinot Noir Kinheimer Rosenberg –R– is from a very lean, cool and fresh vintage that opens with a deep, pure and earthy sour cherry and beetroot aroma. Dense, refined and juicy on the palate, this is a very elegant and silky textured, refreshing and stimulating saline Pinot with fine, crunchy and refreshing tannins and a long, intense and aromatic as well as sustainably energetic finish. This gorgeous wine fermented with 100% of the stems and aged in 50% new Rosseau barrels and 50% aged Burgundian pièces for two years. It was bottled unfiltered with 13% stated alcohol in December 2024. 820 bottles were made. Natural cork
