"Tamar Valley/Pipers Valley/Huon Valley/Derwent Valley 38/30/26/6%; native-yeast ferment with 10% whole bunches; matured in French oak (15% new and 30% second fill) for 10 months. This is effortlessly aromatic at this early stage, with a skein of red and dark fruits, lilting florals and orange zest. The cool year and pan-isle blending have resulted in a wine of intensity matched with considerable verve, both of flavour and spritely structural drive. It’s also just joyously drinkable, but without any lapse into frivolity. Lovely."
