100% Gamay from their vines in Les Charmes vineyard, the highest altitude lieu-dit in Morgon. Vines between the ages of 45-50 years old. Hand-harvested and fermented as whole clusters for 3-4 weeks, before 6-9 months aging in old, oak barrels.
