"Sourced from sites further inland in Salnes,looking towards rivers instead of direct ocean influence. These warmer sites generally have more sandy soils as well. Peach, citrus and a velvety nature to this wine. It’s the best example of Dandelion we have seen in some time and won’t be around long. As has always been the case this is fermented and aged solely in Stainless steel, the change this year is they bottled a touch earlier at around 10 months (including 3 months of battonage)."
