"Mostly from sites right beside the ocean on the southern side of Salnes, very cold sites with a heavy influence from the ocean. Again fully fermented and aged in Stainless like Dandelion. It’s such a vertical wine with a driving force of sea spray and citrus that falls into almost a lemon curd like aspect. All the while that saline edge makes you think of seaweed and shellfish, a wonderfully complete release of this wine."
