"The 2022 Pinot Noir Snake's Tongue is an unadulterated, broody red. It straddles the
divide between sweet fruit and savory characters. While light on its feet, it is succulent and suave. There's certainly a
comforting texture to sink your teeth into, which may be down to Central's loamy soils and naturally rich fruit. Wild herbs
and smoky cedar linger on the balanced, drawn-out finish."
